Why Do I Need Floor Plan Pricing
If you are considering having a real estate floor plan drawn up, it's a good idea to understand the costs of a floor plan. Real estate floor plans can vary in their price because every home is different in its size and dimensions.
A small one-bedroom studio apartment floor plan is far easier to draw up than a custom-built 6 bedroom home that is a double story mansion. Digital 1 have taken this on board and have a range of prices for real estate floor plans.
So how much does it cost for a Drone photograph to be taken?
Floor plans come in all shapes and sizes. So you should expect that because they come in different sizes, there might be a different floor plan pricing. At Digital 1 we have made life very easy with regards to all our latest floor plan pricing. The larger the home and more time we need to spend, the more expensive becomes the floor plan service.
How much should I pay to have a floor plan drawn up?
Generally speaking your average single Story 3 to 4 to 5 bedroom home, will cost $100.
If you own a double story home, the price might increase somewhat because we now have to add a completely new level to the floor plan drawing.
It's a bit like 2 single storey homes stacked on top of each other. However, because we've already turned up and we're already there, measuring up your home for its floor plan the price on most double-storey homes is $132.
